The accommodation on the ground floor comprises of 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 with an en-suite bathroom and the other with an en-suite shower room. On this level is the spacious lounge and the modern fully fitted professional kitchen, dining area and separate laundry room. Villa Oleander benefits from full air-conditioning (included in the tariff).
It also has WiFi throughout the property enabling you to bring your work and lap top on holiday with you, for those workaholics amongst us!!
Access to the 1st floor is either by stairs or lift which is ideal for the partially disabled. On the 1st floor is the fabulous master bedroom which has its own terrace overlooking the pool and extensive gardens. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. There are an additional 2 twin-bedded rooms on this level both having en-suite shower-rooms. The TV room with SKY satellite, VCR, digital radio is also on the 1st floor.
The magnificent 16 metre pool (heating optional)has a shallow end with "roman steps" suitable for children and there is ample pool side furniture. Around the pool is a large grassed area and there is also a "boule/petanc" playing area.
There is something for everyone on this coast - Sophisticated Marbella with its designer shops and jet-set Puerto Banus. Puerto Banus is only a 10 minute drive and boasts many fine restaurants, water sports, beaches and a marina. La Cala (5 km) is a seaside village, again with many restaurants a few shops and a lovely beach popular with younger members of the family.
The nearest supermarket is walking distance from the property.
A short distance inland is La Cala golf and country club; several more courses including Miraflores, Santa Maria, Rio Real, Capabino etc are all within a 10-minute drive.
Villa Oleander is also well situated for those seeking a cultural holiday as Ronda, Granada, Cordoba and Sevilla are all easily accessible.
