Villa Hellan is quiet and private, yet five minutes drive from all the facilities of the Costa Del Sol. It is a family-owned villa and has only recently been let. The entire front garden of the villa looks over the sea and wonderful sunsets can be enjoyed on the mountains from the side of the property. The heated pool is about 8 metres long and is 105 cm at the shallow end and 195cm at the deep end. The garden is pretty and lawn with two covered terraces and plenty of seating areas in the sun.

Torremuelle is a well established urbanisation and the villas are mostly about thirty years old so it is spacious and elegant area. There is a huge open air swimming pool, tennis courts, a small supermarket, and several bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

Also within five minutes walk is a small but extremely efficient railway station.

Villa Hellan is ideally situated for the thirty plus courses on the Costa Del Sol. Torrequebrada is five minutes drive away and the Mijas courses are ten minutes. Valderrama is about forty minutes drive away. The villa offers space, luxury and fantastic value especially in the low season (£800 per week). Because of the excellent year-round climate it's the unrivalled golf destination for Northern Europeans.
