Nestling on a hill-side, just 5 to 10 minutes from the beach with wonderfull 270 degree panoramic views.
The villa was built in 2003 to a very high specification and is ideal for renting all the year round.
There are three bedrooms with bathrooms "en-suite" and the remaining bedroom has an adjoining shower/tiolet.
The luxurious kitchen has granite work surfaces with an island in the middle where the cooker is situated. There is also a washing room with washing machine/tumble dryer.
The lounge is spacious and cool with ample seating and has a "BOSE" sound system.There is also 2 satelite systems the first is English (basic channels) and the other is Danish showing English films (Danish subtitles)
It has large double glazed doors out onto a veranda where there is a gas BBQ and patio furniture ideal for "Al fresco" dining.
The swimming pool is 8 x 4 meters and has "Roman steps", (easier for children). Pool heating is also available for those who wish to holiday when it is a bit cooler.
The property is very private and is not over-looked.
All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and there are fans in the lounge.
