This is a stunning combination of a spacious three bedroom villa, and an adjoining equally pretty two bedroom "casita". Combined the property sleeps 10 people in a combination of three double beds and two twins, with three en suite bathrooms and two other toilet/shower rooms.
There is a large 10m swimming pool situated between the main house and the casita. The pool is surrounded by relaxing seating areas both in the shade or in the sun ideal for "al fresco" dining. The well kept beautifull gardens surround the property.
Access to the property is via it´s own automatic gates that lead into a parking area capable of holding 4 cars. Once through the large wooden front doors you find yourself in a gallery hall that leads to the various areas of the property. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor (with shower/toilet adjoining) and a further master double and a twin bedroom upstairs, both of these are "en-suite". From the master bedroom there is access onto a large veranda giving views down to the coast.
Also on the ground floor there is the well equiped kitchen and lounge.
The lounge has a plasma TV with numerous sky programs and ather channels. The casita is also furnished to a high standard and has a spacious lounge area and a large kitchen. In addition to this it has a double bedroom with "en-suite" and a Twin bedroom that has use of a seperate toilet.
The property is located in "La Capelanilla" which is in the "Benalmadena area". Mijas is only 10 minutes drive and Benalmadena is a 5 minute drive. One of the restaurants recommended on this site "EL HIGUERON" is only about a mile away (well worth trying)
