La Reserva de Los Monteros is a secure private residential complex with 24 hour Consiage services and a small number of luxury suites. La Morera provides ground floor accommodation, it is large and spacious with marble floors throughout. The kitchen has granite work tops, a large American style fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, a dishwasher, ceramic hob, separate oven and microwave, coffee maker and all usual equipment. The utility room, off the kitchen, has a washing machine and dryer.
The large L shaped lounge/diner has uninterrupted views of the sea and two patio doors lead onto the extensive terraces and ornate gardens. The dining table seats eight and a huge luxury sofa with scatter cushions provides ample seating. The large flat screen satellite TV and Bose sound system are part of the integral sound system fitted throughout the property. All lighting can be remotely controlled.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, trouser press, ample wardrobes with built in safe and patio doors onto the terrace and views of the ocean. The en-suite bathroom has twin basins, a large walkin shower and separate wc, all with marble tiles and tops.
The second bedroom has a double bed (can be split into twins) a sofa, ample wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with walkin shower, twin basins and sewparate wc.
Bedroom three has twin beds, patio doors onto the terrace and gardens with ocean views. The en-suite bathroom has a shower unit and a luxury jacuzzi bath with separate wc.
Air conditioning throughout, large windowes and high ceilings give the property a light and luxurious feel. Outside there is a dining table and chairs for 8, sunbeds and sofas with coffee tables for relaxing whilst looking over the well planted gardens to the sea.
The complex has a fabulous outdoor swimming pool, fed by a waterfall with surrounding rockeries and terraces, together with a indoor heated pool for serious swimmers.
