You are far enough out for it to be peaceful yet close enough to get anywhere within a couple of minutes walk.
This villa has recently been upgraded and on the ground floor you will find the salon, kitchen and master bedroom with en suite facility.
The kitchen/ diner is fully equipped with TV, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave and all other holiday necessities. There is a large dining table with seating for six, giving you the choice of AL fresco or inside dining.
There is a second flat screen TV in the lounge, where there are also two large chairs and a sofa.
The villa has satellite tv with all the usual free channels.
Upstairs you will find a large shower room and toilet, and the other two bedrooms. The first being a double bedroom with a small private terrace where you can sit, read and take in the evening or morning sun,and the second being bunk beds for children.
The house has Air conditioning throughout except the twin room with the bunk beds.
All the bathrooms in the house are newly fitted along with the extra guest toilet that has been added for your convenience in the ground floor.
Surrounding the house is a large patio where there is a large outside dining table and chairs, and also a small coffee table for sitting in the shade and reading whilst sipping a glass of wine or having coffee and a bun!. There is also a gas bbq for the budding bbq chefs amongst you!!
In front of the villa is the communal swimming pool, or if you would prefer you can take the 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach.
All in all the property has all that you could need for an easy and relaxing holiday or quick break!!!
