Grace Paradise is situated at the top of Elviria, about a 5 minute drive to the beach, and 10 minutes into Marbella town.
The location affords it great views and privacy. It is within a gated community of exclusive properties.
As you enter the villa you find yourself in the large entrance hall with vaulted roof, and glass ceiling.
Off the hallway you can enter the spacious lounge diner area. Here there is seating for 8 people. From the sofa you can look out at the sea, or the mountains through the three glass double doors. There is a large flatscreen tv, with a basic sky package, dvd player and music system. Also there is a piano for any musical souls amongst you.
Adjoined to this room is the dining area with seating for 8 and again a large double glass door.
From these rooms you can get to the garden, terrace and abundant seating outside. There is a gas bbq for the outside diners, along with the swimming pool, which has the option of pool heating if ordered.
The house if fully airconditioned for those who may require cooling air on the summer. All the bedrooms have double beds and all have en suite bathrooms,allthough one bedroom can be made into a twin room.
There are three bedrooms on the entrance floor, each has a television with the option of basic sky package. The master bedroom is alongside the swimming pool, with a large double glass door out onto a terrace. You can lie in bed looking out over the sea. The large dressing area then leads through to the en suite bathroom. This is like the other bathrooms all marble. It has a double basin, a large sunken oval shaped bath and an ample walk in shower.
The other two bedrooms on this floor are slightly smaller, but still well sized. One of the ensuites has a bath the other a walk in shower.
Also on the entry level floor you have a well equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave / grill, dishwasher, breakfast eating area with seating for four. Another television and plenty of work surfaces for those who want to do a bit of dining in!!
Downstairs there is the fourth double bedroom, with en suite, private terrace and seating area. This room can be made into a twin room.
There is also a games room, with a pool table, ping pong table and running machine, and a sofa for the sporting spectators.
Through from this room is the laundry room, with washing machine, tumble dryer and hanging area.
