Las Terrazas is a brand new, architect-designed 5-bedroom villa located in one of the most sought-after urbanisations in Marbella, Hacienda Las Chapas. It enjoys extensive sea and mountain views from its elevated position at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac

The villa is air-conditioning throughout for the summer months and has underfloor heating in the main living area, master bedroom and all bathrooms for the cooler times.

The property is also alarmed with a video-entry system and is built around a traditional Andalucian-style internal patio with a marble fountain as its center piece. It offers spacious accommodation over 3 floors. This includes: a master bedroom with dressing room and en suite on the first floor. On the terrace leading out from this room there is a private solarium and hot-tub. This along with the great views of the coastline make the master suite very special.Also on the top floor is access to the library area which is a gallery over the main living area below. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living area including double height galleried lounge with open fireplace leading onto a furnished, covered terrace. All bedrooms now have new quilts, top quality bedding and towels with new throws and cushions.  The lower ground bedrooms also have new lamps and accessories designed to create a lighter, fresher look.

The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped and looks out onto the swimming pool and garden area. Also on this floor is the lounge in which there is a piano, a large tv and s Bose sound system. The open fireplace adds to this already lovely room. On the extensive lower ground floor there are four bedrooms (three with private dressing area and ensuite bathrooms).

On the same floor there is a well equipped gym with a large flat screen TV with Sky. There is also fibre high speed internet with Olivenet and a new IPTV system that includes most Sky Channels and BBC/ITV etc together with a selection of Spanish programme.  This is available in the lounge, cinema room and gym. There is also a sauna and a separate shower room/toilet. The cinema room is also located on this floor with a 2m screen, blue-ray player and surround sound bose system. This room has been upgraded with new sofa cushions, scatter cushions and a smart new media cabinet to store everything neatly away.  There is now an Apple TV with Netflix and a PlayStation 4 (with small selection of games). Much of the lighting and some of the furniture was hand-made to order in Marrakech and the inside was furnished by interior designers with much of the bedroom furniture being hand made in Bali. The villa has 5 double bedrooms (4 ensuite with separate dressing rooms) and 5 bathrooms, a large heated pool and good sea views. The master bedroom suite occupies the majority of the first floor. From the terrace the views are amazing of the coastline and surrounding area. On the terrace there is a private solarium with hot-tub. . The room is light and airy with access to a well equipped patio where you can sit and chat or sip a glass of wine!! There are beautiful landscaped gardens surrounding the villa on all sides with the top level featuring a large (14m x 11m max) salt-water swimming pool (heated on request for an additional charge). The pool is surrounded by a wooden fence (handy for families with children. Around the beautiful pool there is a thatched gazebo housing a professional level Napoleon gas BBQ.

There is also a table tennis table and a pool table located with-in the grounds. All equipment for the pool table and table tennis has been replaced and a new dart Board and darts have installed.  There are also two tennis rackets and tennis balls for those wanting to use the communal tennis courts.
