This property is located at El Faro, ´The Lighthouse´, halfway between the busy/lively town of Fuengirola and the quieter coastal resort of La Cala de Mijas. The versatile accomodation is spread over two floors, the main entrance gives access to the air-conditioned lounge a with two comfortable sofas, sky TV, dvd player and hifi. Off the lounge is the raised dining area with dining table and chairs for 8 and a large picture window over looking the plunge pool and terrace. From this window it is possible to glimpse the sea. The modern open plan kitchen also leads off the lounge/dining area and is spacious, with plenty of work surfaces, cupboards and stortage units. It is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/frezer, wine rack, micro wave etc etc. A short hallway gives access to a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a twin bedroom, also with built-in wardrobes. Between these rooms is the main bathroom with bath, shower, wc, and basin. Conveniently, there is also an adjoining separate wc with shower. A spiral staircase leads down from this upper floor to the large air-conditioned lower level which has patio doors leading onto the large poolside terrace with BBQ. There are two bedrooms located in the basement, a large double, with built-in wardrobes and a good sized twin bedroom, also with built-in wardrobes. The basement has its own kitchen area with sink, cooker, fridge and ample storage units, very useful for preparing those poolside snacks and evening al fresco diners. Off the kitchen area is another lounge looking out onto the poolside terrace and equipped with a television for alternate viewing to the main lounge above. Outside is extensively tiled and benefits from electric blinds and large sun-awnings to afford sufficient shade. The plunge pool measures 12ft x 7ft and the comunal pool is only 20 meters from the property giving you a choice of pools.
There are shops and restaurants within walking distance from the property and access can also be gained to the beach via a footpath in less than 10 minutes.
