It is intended as a one stop reference for your needs and questions and we strive to maintain this and keep it as up to date as possible

In spite of our quest to answer all your queries in one place, there may be instances where we have overlooked some point. If this is the case, please feel free to get in touch with us using any of the methods on our Contact Page and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Making an Online Booking

Our online booking system is designed to be easy to use and has a number of benefits. All you have to do is fill in the required fields in the booking form, check your details and then submit the form for your provisional reservation to be made.

The system automatically calculates the cost of your holiday on a pro rata daily basis and takes into account any overlap between low, medium, high and peak season rates. In addition to this, it calculates the damage deposit required to be sent to us within seven days, the amount to be paid for accommodation and the date by which this amount must be paid.

Holiday Booking Details

At the time you submit your booking to us, we will send you an automated e-mail giving details of your reservation. We will review all the details and, if everything is positive, we will confirm the reservation within 24 hours, and availability for this property will be updated. Then you will receive another email with this confirmation and information about payments due to us: - this is why we require a valid e-mail address to be provided by you at the time of booking. Your reservation will be held for a period of seven days to allow you time to submit your deposit payment to us.

This payment must be made within seven days of making your reservation. If we do not receive your deposit payment within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-advertise the property as available for hire. Upon receipt of your damage deposit payment, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

To enable us to accurately track your payments, please add your name and the villa name to the rear of the cheque OR, enclose a copy of the e-mail invoice you received when booking.

Your final payment must be made to us at least eight weeks before the start of your arrival at your holiday home. We will also send a confirmation email upon receipt.
